I find some phrases to be stupid.

• “Calm your tits.”  Fuck that, I want your tits to be excited as hell.
• “What the actual fuck.”  Honestly, I did not think for even a second that you would have been referring to a fake fuck.
• “That is so choice.”  You realize that choices can be both good and bad, right?
• “Epic fail.”  If you’re still alive to say this, the failure probably wasn’t all that epic.  That, and it just makes you sound like you think you’re still playing WoW.  You’re not.  This is, in fact, real life.
• “Knock yourself out.”  Do I need to explain this one?
